Get a Return Authorization: Customer Service will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for returning the product to our warehouse.
Prepare the Return Package: Keep the product, along with the original packaging and return authorization number, in the package and ensure it is secure. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for return shipping.
